Responsibilities: * Summary: Lead programs or sub-projects, collaborating with clients to break down complex platform requirements into structured engineering tasks across multiple disciplines. * Apply engineering expertise to develop vehicle systems, including network and data architecture, vehicle electronics, and autonomous navigation. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor of Science or higher in Engineering or a related discipline. * Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance. * Experience: 10+ years of related experience, with leadership roles in large-scale vehicle systems projects. * Technical Expertise: * Experience in Vehicle Network and Data Architecture and Application Integration. * Proficiency in Functional Decomposition and Capability Development for new architectures. * Subsystem and System-level integration and testing on vehicle electronics systems. * Experience with Deterministic and Non-Deterministic Data Bus Architectures. * Embedded systems development, computer vision, machine learning, and autonomous navigation expertise. * Development and integration of data networks spanning multiple security layers (e.g., Secure vs. Non-Secure Networks). * Experience in developing and executing System-Level Plans. * Desired Qualifications: * Experience in Process Development and Improvement Management (CMMI). * Proficiency in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) or Digital Engineering (DE) using tools like MagicDraw/Cameo (MATLAB/Simulink not applicable). * Military systems experience in large-scale projects. * Experience integrating data networks across security domains (Classified vs. Unclassified Networks). * Travel: Ability to travel to customer and contractor facilities as well as test centers.
