Sevita is excited to announce we are currently hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Adult Day Health team. We are looking for a reliable person who is a self-starter who has a strong background in organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the health conditions of individuals served and ensure quality services are provided
Help maintain safe and quality supports for individuals served
Assist with off-site appointments and medical record management
Obtain vitals of individuals served and submit into our database
Copy and scan documents and assist with organizing / filing charts
Order medical supplies when necessary
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Current Certified Nurse Assistant CPR/First Aid certification
