As a Chinese Mandarin Language Enabled Research Analyst, you will be an integral part of a team forging its way into a new realm in intelligence addressing some of our client's highest priority requirements. You will perform focused research, social network analysis, target development, and translation in the native/target language and work with a team of linguists and analysts in support of US military forces in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility. Subject matter expertise is an important analytical component of this position. Knowledge of INDOPACOM operations and the Chinese military will contribute to mission success.
Additionally, you will contribute to the continued successful growth and development of a dynamic program fusing collection and analysis to provide operational and strategic mission support.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
A current, active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Two or more years of experience working in intelligence with the military of intelligence community.
A minimum language proficiency test score of DLPT 2L/2R (or equivalent using the ILR scale) in Chinese Mandarin within the last three years.
Two or more years of experience in creating summaries, gist's, and full translations in various textual forms of Chinese Mandarin including technical, global, colloquial, online, and slang terminology.
Ability to conduct independent and collaborative research on assigned topics or target areas
Two or more years performing open-source research in target language.
These Qualifications Are Desired:
Experience in the information technology and/or cyber realm
Advanced skills and expertise in open-source research methodology
Experience in translating academic publications and grey literature

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,300
