Summary of Responsibilities:

We're looking for a Team Leader of Cyber Security to drive the team's mission of protecting reliable operations and supporting national critical electric transmission infrastructure. The Cyber Security Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of cyber security engineers and security operations analysts to design, implement and monitor cyber security capabilities across ATC's technology infrastructure. The Team Leader supports ATC's enterprise cyber incident response preparedness, as well as vulnerability management and threat intelligence programs.
Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll use your bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and seven years or more experience of progressive Technology or Cyber Security experience leading and executing information technology practices and initiatives (analysis, design, and leadership), you will lead an experienced technical team that is responsible for cyber security infrastructure and cyber security operations. The Team Leader will manage a technical portfolio of cyber security projects to ensure effective management of scope, costs, schedule, resources, and risks.
In addition, you'll:
Lead development of Cyber Security processes, programs and framework that addresses key workflow activities, NERC compliance and supports efficient and effective technology operations. Ensure the cyber security framework is consistent with internal/external audit and regulatory requirements. Identify and develop key attributes within processes including but not limited to KRI's, KPI's, and Controls.
Build a Culture of Security and maintain and understanding of ATC's business through partnership with ATC technology, security, and business stakeholders.
Participate in technology strategy/planning and define Cyber Security portfolio of projects to drive strategy and to promote cyber security education and awareness.
Define Cyber Security deliverables to ensure adherence to key lifecycle controls during development and change control activities.
Support audits (Internal and External), including NERC 693, 706, NUC-001, and Sarbanes-Oxley
Set technical direction for team and define roadmap of Cyber Security program and technology adoption
