This program supports Intelligence Analysis and Scientific Analysis activities in support of Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), Intelligence (S2), Operations (S3) and Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Directorates. Collaborates with the United States Marine Corps (USMC) and Department of Defense's (DoD) best trained General Military Intelligence (GMI) professionals. Will be required to provide stakeholders Intelligence Analytical support for all Intelligence factions. Provides necessary resources with knowledge and experience to support Weapons and Technical Analysis, Geo-spatial Intelligence Science and Analysis, Regional Analysis, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance, and Counterintelligence (CI)/Human Intelligence (HUMINT).
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on full-motion video analysis training that produces intelligence on a broad-range of issues to support national security objectives and senior policy makers.
Provide real-time motion video exploitation and instruction as well as periodic and on-the-spot evaluations of analysts.
Provide instruction on FMV analysis and related tasks by conducting first phase FMV analysis.
Instruction shall include, but not limited to, FMV, initial qualification training, mission qualification training, mentor/evaluator training, and software training on a variety of software packages.
Provide all qualification training and mission specific instructional material, briefings, and other deliverable materials in either hardcopy and/or softcopy format as required from such venues as cross functional working groups, trip reports, and tradecraft documentation.
Track and report the training and evaluation status of all personnel within the MCIA PED Branch.

Preferred:
At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
