Position Summary:**
We are looking for a Senior Geospatial Analyst,with experience geospatial analysis and analytic modernization, who is a GEOINT SME that will use their technical knowledge, experience , and customer-centric focus to create and deliver world-class to design, capture, and document processes, methodologies, and workflows to increase analytical proficiencies. This is a mission-driven opportunity to support the DoD and Intelligence Community .
The Senior Geospatial Analyst will coordinate with our clients to understand issues and requirements, then determine the best method and best approach to mitigate an issue or accomplish a requirement. This position will be relied upon as a SME and will be responsible for interfacing between developers and analysts across an office to establish best practices. The Senior Geospatial Analyst will incorporate data manipulation, analytic innovations and processes, statistical analysis, imagery analysis, geometric analysis, and mathematical algorithms to identify key intelligence observations.
Responsibilities:
Develop geospatial analytic solutions that advance tradecraft and methodologies while delivering quality analytics
Provide analytical support that enables a data -centric approach that modernizes processes and methodologies, while delivering answers to key intelligence questions
Leverage multi-INTdata and discover new geospatial information to integrate into modernization efforts and visualizations to solve complex problems and provided understanding to the community
Ability to research unique data sources and reporting to extract relevant feature data to foster mission understanding
Responsible for developing SOPs, CONOPS, and policies that federate approaches and methodologies across the office that promotes effective knowledge capture and sharing
Provide data management support and employ best data management practices
Develop automated processes to improve analytic processes and methodologies
Evaluate current workflows, processes, and methodologies across the geospatial analyst community of interest and make recommendations for improving upon those frameworks that will increase overall productivity
Required Qualifications:
Requires TS/SCIClearance
10+ years of relevant experience . (A combination of years of experience and professional certifications/trainings can be used in conjunction with a degree )
Experience using ArcGIS and extensions and additional Esri software, as well as experience working with SDEs and similar data repositories
Demonstrated experience in in collaborating with stakeholders to develop SOPs and CONOPS and other documentation to foster a clear understanding of models, workflows, functions, and the desired intent
Possess effective communications skills; capable of providing highlydetailed information in an easy-to-understand format
Collaborate with other analysts to improve quality of workflows, procedures, and methodologies through integrations of advance analytical techniques and Computer Vision (CV)
Ability to effectively communicate analytical processes and methodologies to developers to create effective analytical solutions that modernize traditional analytical approaches.
Strong production/analyst background.
Strong knowledge of standard and non-standard NGA reports.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in course development and course instruction/facilitation
Experience in developing a data management plan and standard practices and work with stakeholders to implement and enforce the standards
Experience with programming languages (e,g, Python , R, JAVA, SQL )
