The Opportunity:
As a CACI Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Analyst, you will be responsible for providing accurate, relevant, and timely GEOINT analyses and assessments in support of United States Army Special Operations Command's (USASOC) core responsibility to provide trained and ready forces that are prepared to meet Geographic Combatant Command (GCC) and Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) requirements around the world. Considering the breadth of hybrid and dynamic threat groups associated with each GCC's respective Area of Responsibility, providing tailored Special Operations force packages with the proper mix of skills and equipment in time to prevent or address conflict is a difficult task using conventional force generation and deployment processes. USASOCs transition to a truly data-driven organization to best posture for both the current operational environment and the next operational environment.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing accurate, relevant, and timely GEOINT analyses, assessments.
Provides expert specialized expertise in GEOINT analysis to retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard GEOINT products to CLASSIFICATION: CUI CLASSIFICATION: CUI Version 7.1 04202222 support ARSOF missions and objectives.
Applies geospatial analytical methods, including the production of geospatial datasets and visualizations of geospatial information and intelligence for specified and directed intelligence research and analysis and reporting.
Provides GEOINT planning and policy development for large and complex projects.
Provides GEOINT analysis and assessments in support of readiness, modernization, and innovation initiatives.
Through GEOINT analysis contribute to the development of new solutions, process, and standards.
Coordinates and maintains liaison with GEOINT interagency community of practice partners and operational and tactical consumers of GEOINT intelligence to solicit and incorporate relevant data from existing national-level systems, products, and databases to provide an enhanced level of focused analytic support and predict the accurate identification of adversarial intent, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and potential threat courses of action. Produces and contributes to the development of operations-intelligence fusion products that conform to organizational, community, intelligence oversight, and regulatory requirements assessing facts, threat intentions, cultural behavioral norms, implications of the environment, and friendly and adversarial involvement in that environment.
Leads GEOINT analyses to exploit and manipulate geospatial data into complex graphics, textural reports and briefings, and to create geospatial products such as shape files, geo-databases, .kml files, and .kmz files for use with both ArcGIS and Google Earth. Supervises junior GEOINT analysts as required.
Collaborate with 389th workforce and analysts to enrich and complement analytical understanding and mastery of GEOINT production efforts.
Qualifications:
Required:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 7 years' experience.
Minimum of three years' experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within a tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
Must be self-motivated and able to operate efficiently and effectively without direct supervision in joint and interagency environments while maintaining communication with and responsive to the client.
Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real time knowledge management systems.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail.
Desired:
Active-duty military GEOINT experience while assigned to or directly supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations.
Must be able to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$70,900 - $148,900
