What You'll Get to Do:
As a CACI SIGINT Analyst (Digital Network Exploitation Analyst - DNEA), you will serve as a key member of a threat analyses and strategic planning team supporting Task Force 40-25 and in direct support of US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), the Theater Special Operations Commands and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. You will directly provide intelligence support to targeting, planning and policy development for complex projects. You will provide SIGINT and CYBER analysis and target development and conduct reporting and assessments in support of readiness, operational planning, operations, and innovation initiatives. Through SIGINT and CYBER analysis, you will contribute to developing new solutions, processes, and standards while communicating with parties external to your organization, the interagency, and its community of interest (COI). You will be responsible for providing accurate, relevant, and timely SIGINT analysis, target development, and assessments, and you will coordinate and integrate all pertinent input and data from analysts supporting the project. You will be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training less-experienced employees within the Modernization Analyses, Assessment, and Planning Functional Group (MAAP) (I3C) and across the SOFETOPS enterprise within the technical area of expertise of SIGINT and CYBER. You will initiate new SIGINT and CYBER requirement processes, organize and implement program methodologies, and ensure inputs are coordinated from other functional groups and technical personnel.
More About this Role:
Provides specialized senior-level expertise in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis to retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard SIGINT products to support the SOFETOPS mission.
Understand TTPs and methodologies to enable access ops or access vector opportunities.
Exploit target digital networks and produce network enumeration maps depicting key nodes and switches.
Develop and maintain target profiles using appropriate tools and databases (e.g. Target associations, activities, communication infrastructures, etc.).
Provide intel target recommendations which meet leadership objectives.
Provides Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) analysis of foreign basic and applied research and engineering, prototyping, designing, technology transfer, developmental and operational testing, military fielding, and integration of SIGINT technologies impacting U.S. and foreign military capabilities. Identifies current vulnerabilities and characterizes emerging threats to the government while providing recommendations for countering current and future associated threats.
Perform network analysis to support new or continued collection.
Identifies technical capabilities and performance characteristics of foreign SIGINT systems.
Produce digital network intelligence against specific named target sets.
Conducts analysis of R&D process and organizations associated with target SIGINT systems.
Prepares and provides S&TI products in support of Department of Defense concepts, capability development, and acquisition customers. These products include subject matter briefs, intelligence notes, threat modules, threat briefings, and technical memoranda.
Collaborates with I3C and embedded intelligence analysts to enrich and complement analytical understanding and intelligence production efforts.
Collaborates and coordinates products within DoD and IC agencies and organizations throughout the S&TI Enterprise.
Provides digital and analog analysis support, analyzing commercial devices to help determine how they are functioning or are meant to be functioning, which aids in their characterization.
Identifies trends in threat development to anticipate future capabilities and reduce costs for the Government.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Current TS/SCI with Poly Clearance
A bachelor's degree and three years of experience, an associate degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with five years of directly applicable experience.
A minimum of three years experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.
Knowledge of the specific missions for CMF (i.e., Cyber Mission Teams (CMT), National Mission Teams (NMT), Combat Support Team (CST), National Support Team (NST), Cyber Protection Team (CPT).
6 years of experience working in the role of Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA), or MOS equivalent depending on service.
Experience in signals intelligence targeting analysis and organizing global intelligence operations.
Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations.
Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
Certifications: SCRUM Master Course; GSM, UMTS and CDMA cellular collection certification; Project Management; Digital network Intelligence Course; Network+, Security plus+, Ethical Hacker, Analysis 101, Analytical Integrity and Standards Group; Defense Strategic Debriefing Course; SOCOM SIGINT Operators Course

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$59,100 - $124,100
