In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the nation's security and intelligence mission.
This program supports Intelligence Analysis and Scientific Analysis activities in support of Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), Intelligence (S2), Operations (S3) and Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Directorates. Collaborates with the United States Marine Corps (USMC) and Department of Defense's (DoD) best trained General Military Intelligence (GMI) professionals. Will be required to provide stakeholders Intelligence Analytical support for all Intelligence factions. Provides necessary resources with knowledge and experience to support Weapons and Technical Analysis, Geo-spatial Intelligence Science and Analysis, Regional Analysis, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance, and Counterintelligence (CI)/Human Intelligence (HUMINT).
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on full motion imagery analysis, producing intelligence products derived from any airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance platform to include imagery analysis on a broad range of issues, supporting national security objectives, senior policy makers, the DoD, USMC, and/or IC initiatives.
Provide real time 24/7/365-366 full motion video exploitation in a shift work environment maintaining Situational Awareness (SA) and understanding of the mission and the intelligence requirements.
Research Cedalion or its follow-on and other multi-disciplined IC databases to acquire amplifying or clarifying information in support of research and analysis.
Produce standard and non-standard FMV imagery analysis products, such as motion imagery summary reports and tailored mission-specific products.
Conduct imagery research and analysis by researching imagery to meet current USMC requirements to include, but not limited to, NRO Overhead Systems, aircraft, FMV, and civil/commercial sensors to answer detailed Information Requirements.
Create and provide metadata to support structured observations in support of the DoD, USMC, and/or IC initiatives.
Provide analysts capable of simultaneously being able to view, exploit, record, and touch type (minimum of 40 words/minute) live FMV exploitation comments in support of operational FMV missions.
Identify targets and target-related activities by understanding Order of Battle for mission related geolocations.
Conduct target research in support of exploitation activities to provide amplifying information and context to information requirements and to inform the exploitation team.
Analyze existing information and intelligence to identify gaps in coverage/knowledge to investigate all sources of intelligence to fill those gaps.
Conduct data mining using various databases, open-source reporting, digital video archives, and other intelligence sources.
Provide multimedia production in support of exploitation activities.
Provide peer-to-peer assessments when analysts require evaluations and when analysts need to be tested on their position.
Conduct multi-INT research, exploitation, organization, prioritization, processing, analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence information in accordance with (IAW) Government priorities, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Preferred:
At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
