Opportunities are available for skilled analysts/targeters to find, interpret, and provide U.S. Intelligence Community members the critical information they need to make actionable decisions against high priority threats to national security. These positions allow you to play a critical role in interpreting data for the customer, to be used in making the best decision for implementing our national security strategy. You will analyze complex situations, develop actionable intelligence, provide briefings, and support the customer's mission to protect the nation.
This opportunity will allow you to develop your expertise using raw intelligence from multiple sources to craft the best targeting packages for the customer. You will be part of a team effort in this endeavor. Each member is a mentor to the others, so there is plenty of on-the-job training to provide a solid foundation and build upon your skills. There are opportunities for travel, and the office works around the clock.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Active Top Secret security clearance with polygraph
Bachelor's degree, plus seven (7) years' experience as an analyst, or High School diploma, plus twelve (12) years' experience as an analyst
Over three years' experience as a Targeter
Demonstrated experience in research, analysis, and fusion of complex data sets that generate leads to drive operational decisions - and management of these processes
Ability to think critically and communicate highly complex information accurately and clearly
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Confidence to lead and deliver clear and concise briefings
Ability to correlate and analyze information from multiple sources on short timelines, reconcile disparities and articulate actionable information in a timely manner
Experience professionally conveying well-reasoned dissenting perspectives, so all relevant data streams are considered for key decisions
Ability to travel overseas for short-term needs
Willingness to work a rotating shift
Possess proven leadership skills to assume leadership roles as Team Leads/Deputy Team Leads
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
