Position Title: Counterintelligence Officer
Reports To: Project Manager

Clearance Type: Must have a current TS/SCI Clearance with current CI-Scope Polygraph
Advantage SCI, LLC has a great opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Counterintelligence (CI) Officer. Advantage SCI is Securing tomorrow today® through counterintelligence, intelligence, security, linguist, and logistics support services to the U.S. Government. ASCI owned and operated by a largely Veteran workforce. Our global network of former military and government intelligence, security and law enforcement professionals provides our customers with tactical and strategic advantages for decisive action.
Duties include but not limited to:
Liaison between field personnel, operational assessment capabilities, and the intelligence community
Conduct objective, unbiased evaluations and assessments to identify, assess, and recommend strategies to mitigate risk.
Provide advice to improve the CI posture of supported activities,
Leverage an in-depth understanding of Source Operations and CI operations to provide analytical support.
Provide administrative support for a wide variety of operational and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with internal and external entities for support and deconfliction of information.
Assimilate large volumes of sensitive communication in order to identify areas of CI interest.
Develop and implement strategies to identify, deter, and neutralize foreign intelligence entities.
Research, create, develop, and deliver multimedia and written reports on CI findings to Executive or General Officer levels.
Assist in identifying critical information needs, collections gaps and identifying emerging trends.
Interface with the Intelligence Community
Ensure all CI activities comply with DoD and IC requirements and regulations.
Required Experience:
Must have proven ability and experience to efficiently perform the duties listed above.
Must be a U.S Citizen
Must have current TS/SCI security clearance with CI-Scope Polygraph
Must possess at least 7 years' combined experience in the conduct of CI functions/activities focused on collection activities.
Graduate of U.S. government badge and credential CI Agent Course and completed JCITA CI Collection Course. Equivalent collection course may be considered if relevant.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Excellent writing and verbal communications skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving skills, documentation skills, research skills, resolution skills, and data analysis skills
Able to quickly learn and become intimately familiar with the organization regarding mission, activities and capabilities.
Working Conditions:
Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis.
Able to walk stairs regularly and distances between facilities.
Able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
