Responsibilities Include:
Technical oversight and execution of multi-source Intelligence collection efforts, tools, techniques, development and analysis.
Conduct prioritization of requirements, tracking and reporting progress, and preparing and presenting reports and status to internal and external stakeholders.
Research and analysis of data from OSINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and other sources.
Usage of a variety of client tools to understand, assimilate, characterize and reverse engineer systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Candidate must be an experienced target analyst/targeter using various SIGINT & OSINT tools to perform target analysis in support cyber capability development
Must be able to perform discovery & analysis of networks and communications
Conduct analysis of metadata, conduct target analysis and research, identify target networks, perform network analysis and mapping
Evaluate target opportunities using all source to assist in developing detailed exploitation and operations plans
Experience with data exploitation, target development, and tasking
Support development of new tradecraft needed to perform analysis
Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or comparable relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Experienced in developing solutions using the latest tools and techniques. Experienced in debugging and troubleshooting.
Understands and has knowledge/expertise with IT networking, network analysis, design, development and testing of bespoke network exploitation software.
Familiar with Joint Travel Regulations and Government procurement regulations.
