Overview
Our National Security Program has an immediate opportunity for a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Targeting (C5ISRT) Analyst with technical and analytical background on adversarial naval forces and systems.
The C5ISRT Analyst will perform analysis on integrated C5ISR networks posing a threat to U.S. assets and operations that enables the identification, targeting, and exploitation of vulnerabilities in foreign maritime-related C5ISR systems. A combination of analytical and technical skills are essential for this position to analyze and interpret complex data and information to develop comprehensive finished all-source intelligence products.
Responsibilities
Performs all-source analysis using classified and unclassified resources on C5ISR networks, integration, employment, and performs vulnerability analysis on prioritized topics.
Identifies processes and procedures related to communications and employment of maritime C5ISR systems.
Performs nodal/network/link analysis on C5ISR networks to identify key system/network components and associated equipment.
Performs kill chain analysis (or other variations of) on C5ISR networks and components.
Generates assessments that will be used for the creation of comprehensive technical finished intelligence products in accordance with intelligence community and organizational publishing directives.
Attends and facilitates meetings (including classified), prepares agendas, tracks action items, and distributes minutes.
Qualifications
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in National Security, Regional Studies, or relevant technical academic (desired)
High School Degree with 5-years of experience in a similar position
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience performing all-source intelligence analysis, tradecraft application, and scientific or technical product development on adversarial military forces.
Minimum 5 years of operational, technical, or all source analysis experience on C4ISR systems or architecture OR all source analysis experience on cyber networks.
Demonstrated proficiency producing scientific or technical all source intelligence products.
Demonstrated link/network/nodal analysis experience, to include the development of graphical analytic products using applicable programs (MS Visio, Palantir, i2 Analyst's Notebook or similar programs)
Demonstrated knowledge with kill chain analysis and tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) cycle.
Demonstrated proficiency using publication directives and security classification guidelines.
Demonstrated proficiency in effective oral communications (speaking, briefing) and ability to articulate findings of highly technical nature.
Minimum 3 years of experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) software programs.
Skills & Technology Used:
Familiarity with classified resources for all-source intelligence research (organizational reporting webpages, reporting repositories, common operating picture software programs, network/link/nodal analysis software programs).
Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
