The Site Manager provides direct oversight of the daily operations across all lines of businesses on-site. This position oversees operations including security, porters, caregivers, and housekeeping and laundry through both shift and lead supervisors, who directly supervise the workforce.
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $75,000 annually
Essential Functions:
Oversee the day-to-day staff work schedules, authorize overtime, and leave, and establish and assess performance goals to improve team members performance
Evaluates all operational programs to ensure mission goals are accomplished while enhancing employees knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, compliance, and technical competencies
Plans and organizes the development and analysis of employee work schedules
Assist with the preparation of the department budget, ensure project implementation is completed on time and within budget parameters, and identify needs for manpower and other resources
Collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of site operations, law enforcement and customer and government officials
Develop site goals and objectives, seek cost savings in daily operations, identify operational and administrative inefficiencies and recommend changes
Mediate and respond to on-site conflicts, investigate concerns and incidents, and act in coordination with Human Resources and the Field Site Manager
Coordinate training of all site team members and Supervisors
Administer site safety programs and ensure compliance across worksite
Perform asset management and keeps inventory of all work-related items
Ensure the Deployed Services culture is instilled and exemplified amongst team members

Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and scheduling programs
Demonstrated ability to encourage and enhance strong customer-focused service culture, implement operational methods to reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction and enhance service
Ability to follow orders, identify critical situations, and provide solutions
Possesses active listening skills
Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
Ability to stand, walk and sit for entire shift, showing strong command presence
Ability to identify problems and provide corrective action
Ability to read, speak and write in English and Spanish is preferred
Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
Ability to possess and maintain a State Licensed Unarmed Security Guard Card/License Non-Commissioned
The ability to quickly respond to incidents and emergencies on-site is required
Ability to work flexible hours. We operate 24/7/365
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required, associate degree or a combination of education and experience is preferred
3 - 5 years in a supervisory role of experience is preferred
Organizational experience in government contracting environments is required
Experience with Service Contract Act (SCA) highly desirable
Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and in fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement for large and diverse organizations
Must complete an internal supervisor program and have a full BI clearance
Must be able to provide a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated if prior military(No dishonorable discharges)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have resided in the continental U.S. the last 3 consecutive years (full time)
Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)
Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment
