As a member of the 1LMX Finance Team within Enterprise Affordability & Business Operations, this position will have oversight for internal financial engagements critical to Aeronautics operations and the future of OneLM.
Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Ability to act independently in managing Earned Value measurement criteria/metrics, analysis and reconciliation of actual costs, development of Estimate at Complete (EAC), conducting variance analysis, and collaboratively working alongside the Project Lead/CAM and Planner to achieve the scope and favorable CPI & SPI for the 1LMX Control Accounts.

Planning, monitoring, and risk assessment for indirect spend for the 1LMX Program.

Perform staffing analysis, 'closest to the pin' estimates for annual budget spending (i.e., Functional OH Planning, Capital Planning, & NBF Funding.)

Serving as the primary financial point of contact with responsible functions, guiding their financial strategies and performance in support of 1LMX.

Preparation of executive level review material, including regular reporting to members of the Aeronautics Executive Leadership Team & the Corporate 1LMX Leadership Team.

Support the annual update to the 1LMX Business Case - which requires a comprehensive analysis of the Benefits forecasted by the Programs (Lines of Business). The position requires coordination with the Program POCs to determine a numeric value for the benefits realized by implementation of the 1LMX transformation capabilities (benefits are also reported quarterly to corporate.)
Opportunities are present to help shape the path forward for new benefits estimating processes that will be needed during proposal development (for all Business Areas.)

Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree or above from an accredited institution.
-
Experience in one or more Controllership functions, or Program Finance.
-
Extensive Working knowledge of key system(s) including SAP, Hyperion, or Tableau.
-
Understanding of overhead budget build-up and management.
-
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and their application.
Desired Skills:
-
Experience with overhead management, financial planning and/or functional operations.
-
High performing individual who requires little to no oversight.
-
Experience in developing program budgets and monthly Estimates at Completion (annual CEACs).

Familiarity with cost systems like Deltek Cobra, PM Compass, etc.

High degree of interpersonal skills required in interfacing with Senior Leadership, Control Account Managers, Program Management Leads, and other Program personnel at Enterprise Operations (EO) and other Business Areas (BAs).

Analytical skills with attention to detail & reporting accuracy.

Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements & innovative ways of accomplishing work.

Motivated self-starter.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications and SAP (or internal financial systems).

Good verbal and communication skills.

Ability to travel as required.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
