Description: What You Will Be Doing
This position supports the management of US Government depot level component repairs. LM Aero is responsible for establishing the infrastructure to manage, maintain, and provide technical support for F-35 Depot Level Repairable (DLR) components repaired at government facilities. Lockheed Martin supports the United States Government (USG) in achieving USC Title 10 compliance. To achieve this objective, the candidate will:
-Manage repair life cycle of depot repairs
-Monitor production targets for repairs at depot
-Collaborate with cross functional teams to provide fleet support by resolving supply and logistic challenges (Funding, material, capacity, etc...)
-Host weekly meetings with depots to review depot production and address barriers
-Support and brief depot production performance metrics for leadership, depots, and our JPO customer
-Support supplier PMRs as a Depot Operations representative
This repair management position will work independently with an assigned USG Depot as the primary point of contact for depot component repairs at that facility.

Basic Qualifications:

Understanding of Supply Chain & Logistics principles
-
Experience with material management (i.e. forecasting,
procurement, warehousing)
- Experience with building and maintaining customer
relationships
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel,
PowerPoint)
Desired Skills:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry level.
Working knowledge of USG Depot processes
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with SAP or equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning tool
Familiarity with a Repair Bill of Material (RBOM)
Possesses excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Self motivated and Independent worker

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
