Description: We are seeking an International Business Development (IBD) country lead based in Dallas, Texas. Areas of responsibility include Precision Fires, Air to Ground Missile Systems and Anti-tank Guided Missiles. Operating as part of a diverse team of IBD professionals in the pursuit of new business, this individual must proactively support all IBD activities, pursuits, opportunities, and integration of business goals.
What You Will Be Doing
Advise MFC leadership on the strategic direction of business pursuits.
Closely coordinate with Program Directors, their staffs, and other functional organizations.
Maintain close alliance with Domestic Business
Development, International Trade & Compliance, Finance, and other functional support areas.
Interface with customers and shape their opportunities, considering requirements, existing capabilities, and funding availability.
Develop and maintain productive business relationships with relevant international organizations and partner companies.
Coordinate activities with appropriate US government offices and Country Teams to garner and sustain their support and to ascertain status of initiatives within the US Government.
Secure required Department of State export licenses to market products internationally.
Monitor Foreign Military Sales contract negotiations with the US Government and participate in Direct Commercial Sales contract negotiations with foreign customers.
Provide input for the company's Long Range Operating Plan.
Conduct business in strict compliance with all corporate and company command media and within applicable state, federal, and international regulations.
For a level 4, we typically look for a Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Basic Qualifications:
3+ years business development or relevant operational experience.
Demonstrated ability to interact with professionals at various levels.
Demonstrated capture management skills and experience with the capture process
Proven success working in a high-performing organization.
Knowledge of potential customers in relevant international markets and demonstrated customer relations skills.
Understanding of the Department of Defense budgeting and acquisition processes, and an ability to relate them to the Foreign Military Sales program.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to clearly articulate strategies at multiple levels of business and government.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Effective at bringing tasks and projects to a successful and timely conclusion.

Capture Management, planning and execution
Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control products and services.
Technical knowledge of or experience with ground vehicles, precision weapons and associated delivery platforms, and their operational use.
Experience in the US Armed Forces, US DOD, C4I, or major system acquisition International experience with knowledge of multiple cultures and customs.
Degree in a technical or business discipline.
