H-1 Training Services Program
Bell is seeking an Electronic Classrooms Lead to join our H-1 International Program team. International relocation and the ability to travel internationally is required for this role.
The purpose of this position is to provide technical support and spares management expertise in support of multiple Electronic Classroom environments in the Czech Republic as part of the Bell H-1 Training Services Program. In addition, this role will support the development, organization, testing, and implementation of Czech Republic H-1 courseware.
What you'll be doing as a Training Services - Electronic Classroom Specialist
Serve as the Electronic Classrooms Lead for the Czech Republic H-1 Training Services Program, including the oversight of subcontractor personnel
Participate in the development of H-1 courseware and Learning Management System (LMS) components
Provide oversight for the procurement of classroom equipment and the necessary hardware / software per the contract. This role will also manage and oversee the installation and testing of the Electronic Classrooms in the Czech Republic.
Provide on-site maintenance, support, and spares management for the Czech Republic H-1 Electronic Classrooms to ensure all training schedules, milestones, learning objectives, staffing levels, and readiness rates are achieved throughout the Period of Performance
Ensure compliance with USG and Bell safety, quality, and security measures at all times, as well as Czech-specific air base rules and procedures
Assist with the preparation of training materials, contract deliverables, conducting site surveys, and the training of subcontractor personnel to meet Electronic Classroom support requirements
Provide the Czech H-1 Program Manager with the necessary materials, updates, action item support requested, and attend program meetings and conferences (as required)
Qualifications
Skills You Bring To this Role
Experience in Electronic Classrooms Development
Project management experience
Experience with program cybersecurity requirements
Prefer a bachelor's degree
Prefer experience in Courseware Development or Learning Management System
Prefer experience supporting USG and/or Foreign Military Sales contracts
Prefer experience with support of Electronic Classrooms, Interactive Courseware (ICW), Computer-based Training (CBT), and Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
Prefer experience with Flight Training Devices (FTD)
What you need to be successful
Ability and willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Ability to meet necessary vaccination requirements
Prefer prior international Experience
Prefer foreign language skills
Experience as a trainer, developing courses and/or managing electronic classrooms
