Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is advancing innovation for tomorrow, we're looking for the brightest minds to come join our Integrated Program Planning team. As part of the Program Planning family, you will support the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans through effective relationship building and analyzing complex data to drive program execution. Our Program Planners are trusted partners and strategic advisors for our internal and external customers.

What You Will Be Doing
Developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for new or existing development/production/sustainment programs leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)
Tracking progress of program activities against baseline internal plans, and ensuring schedule margin to contract dates is achieved or maintained
Maintaining schedules, performing probabilistic / deterministic risk analysis, and identifying critical/driving paths while developing solutions for resolutions along with network logic validation/deconfliction
Supporting and participating in negotiations with customer and internal stakeholders
Proposal submittal and execution schedule development through preparation and assessment of progress against established plans and parameters
Formulating and recommending corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements
Maintaining cost and schedule integration throughout program lifecycle
Implementing and monitoring Earned Value Management System on programs
For a level 3, we typically look for a Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Basic Qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experiences with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology
Experiences delivering leadership project briefings
Experiences with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree
6 years or more of experience in planning or program management related discipline
Proficiency in Network scheduling tool (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc)
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance
Production / Sustainment / Depot Operations
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Development
Proposal development and submittal
Integrated Master Plan (IMP) creation and integration
Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables and VBA
Experience with the Schedule Risk Assessment process/tools
