You will be a F-35 Fleet Analytics & Optimization Senior Manager - Level 6.
What You Will Be Doing
Join our team as an F-35 Fleet Analytics and Optimization (FA&O) Sr. Manager and take center stage in optimizing the F-35 Fleet Readiness performance. You will drive impactful change by setting performance targets and measuring progress, and addressing sustainment improvement initiatives that are supportable across the lifecycle. Dive deep into root cause analysis, develop actionable solutions, and execute system changes for improved performance outcomes.
In this key role, you will:
Collaborate with Joint Program Office (JPO), Services, and Lockheed Martin F-35 Stakeholders to identify and address sustainment improvement initiatives
Analyze impacts to air system performance and conduct lower-level root cause analysis as needed
Implement system changes and monitor their impacts on performance outcomes
Provide proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders on performance metric reporting
To excel, bring your expertise in aircraft systems, IPS elements, supply and maintenance procedures, and engineering practices. Further Information About This Opportunity
You must hold a Final DoD Secret clearance prior to start.

Basic Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Holds a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, preferably in a STEM related discipline
Demonstrated experience with leading teams and formal leadership responsibilities
Demonstrated experience with aircraft sustainment function domains (i.e. supply, logistics, kit management, program management, reliability, maintainability)
Desired Skills:
F-35 program experience
Fleet Analytics and Optimization experience
Experience interacting with high levels of internal and external leadership and presenting to large (50+ people) groups
A combined 10+ years of experience within Engineering or Sustainment
Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) Fundamentals
Experience developing and managing Tier 2 metrics
Experience with headcount planning using Vemo or another like tool
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
