Description: At Lockheed Martin, we apply our passion for purposeful innovation to keep people safe and solve the world's most complex challenges. We are seeking an RF Sensor HWIL Engineer who will support Lockheed Martin's Missile and Fire Control's Business Area.
What You Will Be Doing
The ideal candidate is an Electrical or Systems Engineer with experience with existing Common Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) integration and testing environment.
The candidate should have knowledge of electrical engineering in the areas of digital, analog, radio frequency circuit designs, and electronic components.
The candidate will be capable of using lab equipment to troubleshoot hardware/software failures in support of HWIL integration and testing.
The successful candidate in this role will lead HWIL tasks such as generate testbed definition leveraging Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control's Common HWIL architecture, designing hardware interface and simulation, setting up and performing tests on HWIL integration bench, reviewing test data, and troubleshooting failures in the lab.
The candidate will also support program meetings, provide project status, and interface with a multi-discipline, intra-business Area, cross-site team.
The candidate will lead the integration of the HWIL for the Sensor Integrated Product Team (IPT).
The candidate will be required to travel up to 20% per year.
Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate must be able to work well in a team environment, have an active clearance, and be willing to work onsite.

Basic Qualifications:
Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance
Minimum of 2 years work experience in MFC's Common Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) development and/or HWIL integration
Strong communication skills with previous experience working across multiple MFC or Business Areas
Electrical and RF Integration and/or troubleshooting experience
Experience working with Lab Test Equipment (Scope, DMM, PNA, or similar industry tools)
Ability to work onsite at the LMMFC - Grand Prairie or Orlando Campus full-time
Desired Skills:
Experience with Electrical Design for Aerospace or Aviation applications
Experience with Electrical Harnessing , Grounding, and Hardware Integration
Engineering Cost Account Management (CAM) Experience
Knowledge of EVMS (Earned Value Management)
Technical leadership experience or skills, specifically within the Common HWIL CoE
Prior IPT Lead experience
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple functional teams
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
