Description:
You will be the Computer-Aided Manufacturing Engineer for the PWB Manufacturing team. Our team is responsible for developing and supporting manufacturing processes for rigid, flexible, or rigid-flex printed wiring boards.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Computer-Aided Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining work instruction/ task lists, developing rework/repair instructions from service notifications, assisting in design and producibility reviews, initiating process improvements, and validating processes and new equipment in support of the Dallas electrical shop PWB operation. Your responsibilities will include:
Creating tooling files for associated production machines
Driving collaboration across the shops and labs
Interfacing with shop floor personnel, shop management, and program management
This position typically requires 2 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related discipline
Experience with Computer-Aided Design, Computer-Aided Manufacturing, or scripting
2+ years of professional work experience
Able to interpret drawings and specifications to develop and translate into work instructions
Experience in troubleshooting problems and developing solutions
Previous experience using software to develop 3D models or out-putting machining files
Process Development and/or Improvement experience
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
Experience with Standards (AS 91000 / AS9102), IPC, J-STD, and MIL-STSD specifications
Experience with disposition of non-conforming products and with root cause/corrective action definition
Ability to liaison between Production
Manufacturing software programs
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
