You will be a Systems Engineer working as the Venue Manager for the F-35 Hardware In The Loop (HITL) labs. Our team is responsible for ensuring the daily operational capabilities for the LM Aero Forth Worth Mission Systems Integration Labs (MSIL) and Vehicle Systems Integration Labs (VSIL) systems across multiple areas and programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Venue Manager, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for providing operational technical support and leadership for the LM Aero Fort Worth Mission Systems Integration Labs (MSIL.) Your responsibilities will include:
Troubleshoot/debug/resolve any lab issues. Document/track failed equipment through repair cycles. Ensure lab operational capabilities supporting a 7 day per week test schedule.
Hands-on integration of new labs and updates to existing labs.
Participate in requirements and design reviews.
Cross-collaborate and coordinate with multi-functional disciplines such as systems engineering, software engineering, hardware engineering, IT, project leadership, CAMs, and outside disciplines such as users, customer pilots, and program leads.
This position is for a fulltime 4x10 B position (Tuesday-Friday).
Must be able to provide 2nd shift and weekend support as required.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other STEM disciplines or non technical degree combined with 12+ relevant experience.
Technical and troubleshooting experience related to lab hardware, systems, and/or software.
Desired Skills:
Experience in design, implementation, testing and troubleshooting of networks, Ethernet, fiber optics, and high speed buses.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux based lab development and support systems.
Experience in development and maintenance of simulation-based systems and labs.
Experience working in a fast paced environment with demonstrated results.
Leadership and project management experience.
Active DoD and/or project clearances
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
