Kratos Antenna Solutions is seeking a Project Administrator to provide delivery support to the Program Managers. The position is part of the division Project Delivery team, will work directly with and support the Program Managers. The position is located in the Plano, TX office and reports to the Project Services Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Draft purchase requisitions and place purchase orders
Work with suppliers to provide commodity codes for international shipments
Provide support for project and proposal documentation, customer facing design documents
Create templates to be used at the conception of proposals/tenders
Coordinate project activities at the factory integration stage and at the On-Site Installation stage
Take and compile minutes from meetings and provide action lists
Evaluate and set up vendors
Follow up with suppliers for orders and delivery dates
Facilitate the process for returning faulty goods/equipment while working with the warranty team
Collate documentation for the various documentation packs issued during the project or proposal stage
Assist with the collection of labor and material costs from internal systems
Assist with the project shipping process which may involve working with the shipping and purchasing departments to help facilitate the export of items
Assist with customer/supplier meetings
Organize travel, including but not limited to visa applications, documents required for certain destinations, hotel bookings, transport, any ad-hoc insurances required.
Source any off-site storage requirements
Act as back up for the FSO/Office Manager
Other duties as assigned
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years experience in a similar role
Knowledge of MRP software, Epicor is preferred.
Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat
Clearance Statement
