Other Requirements:
· Knowledge of general safety rules and procedures.
· Ability to use tape measure/ruler
· Ability to take simple measurements in standard and metric systems
· Familiar with mechanical movements of manufacturing machinery
· Comprehension of temperature controls and gauges, pressure gauges, etc.
· Comprehension of Hydraulics and pneumatics and understanding the mechanic aspect of machines
Duties:
· Operates and repairs assigned machines mechanically and electrically to ensure proper function.
· Prepares production items set up to meet product specifications.
· Monitors the quality of products to assure standards are met.
· Monitors material stock to determine when materials are needed to manufacture products.
· Meets productivity standards to achieve production schedules and service customers.
· Monitors and remains accountable for overall production waste.
· Maintains production schedules.
· Monitors efficiency and identifies problems.
· Completes required reports.
· Packages products to meet customer specifications.
· Responsible for housekeeping of assigned manufacturing area.
Minimum Pay: $ 13.00/hr
Work week: M-F, must be willing, able, and available to work overtime, weekends, and 12 hours shifts when required.
Shift-Days or Nights: This position is an 8-hour shift. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts when required. Position will train on 1st. Once training is completed employee will be moved to assign shift.
Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM; 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM - 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Duration: Temporary assignment
Pay Details: $13.00 per hour
