We have an opportunity for an Associate Director, Value Steam Leader responsible for developing growth initiatives and plans to develop new business for the Command and Control and Battle Management (C2BM) portfolio.
What You Will Do:
You will leads integrated functional teams to capture new business and manage related projects.
You will serve as the subject matter expert for the following: CJADC2, battle management and Long Range Fires for the Departments of the Navy and Air Force
You will liaise with relevant DoD stakeholders to identify, evaluate and ultimately secure participation in relevant Large Force Exercises relating to Long Range Fires and CJADC2
You will support the Connected Battlespace & Emerging Capabilities portfolio as a subject matter expert in Naval CONOPS relating to Long Range Fires.
This role is based in the McKinney, Texas area or Chantilly, Virginia
Qualifications You Must Have
Must have a minimum of 12+years of operational experience with United States Navy (USN) and/or United States Air Force (USAF) Long Range Fires, CJADC2, CMCC and battle management including future CONOPs
Knowledge and familiarity with requirement, budget, R&D, acquisition, and operational USN and USAF C2 and battle management organizations
Knowledge of Department of the Navy Project Overmatch and Department of the Air Force Advanced Battle Management System and associated programs
Knowledge of DoD stakeholders to shape and secure participation in Large Force Exercises relating to Long Range Fires and CJADC2
Must have direct experience defense industry capture, proposal and business management skills and principles leading to business growth
Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS security clearance is required prior to start date and SCI eligible
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Education, Experience, Skills & Certifications
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
Qualifications We Prefer
Existing SCI clearance
Experience in Program Management of Command & Control and Battle Management Systems
Familiarity with international C2BM opportunities

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
