Description:
Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking an Industrial Security professional / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join the security team in Grand Prairie, TX.
You will perform program security duties supporting multiple Integrated Air and Missile Defense programs.
You will perform duties as the Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) / Program Security Rep. for multiple complex and growing programs. As the CPSO/PSR, you will be responsible for all aspects of security to include personnel, physical, technical, subcontractor management, classification management, inspection readiness, writing and implementing OPSEC requirements, production security management, and partnering with program management and the government program offices.
You will develop creative security solutions to meet mission requirements while ensuring compliance with our customers' expectations and applicable security policies and directives.
This role is the primary security interface with all levels of associated program personnel at Lockheed Martin as well as customer and subcontractor sites.

Basic Qualifications:
? Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705.
? Final Secret security clearance and a background investigation performed within the last five years.
? The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
? Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
Desired Skills:
? Experience with SIMS, DISS, Personnel Security, Access Controls,
? Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
? Experience working large scale DoD Programs and manage multiple closed areas
? Experience working DoD Special Programs or Industrial Security as a CPSO or PSR.
? Experience working Program Management Planning and Program Start-Ups
? Candidate must be able to draft Training Requirements and associated program specific Security Classification Instructions.
? Ability to present work package instructions at Executive and Senior levels and applicable Security Training to all program personnel as required in large group settings.
? Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.
? Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master's degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
? Highly organized and detail oriented.
? Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
