About the Security and Emergency Services (SES) Organization
The primary mission of SES is to minimize risks and enhance the safety and security of our personnel and assets. We ensure compliance with U.S. government regulations and customer security requirements, supporting national security interests.
Position Overview: Security Manager, Integrated Fighter Group (IFG)
We are seeking a dynamic Security Manager to lead the IFG Program Security team, overseeing security requirements for the F-16 and F-22 programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership : Direct a team in fulfilling security requirements across multiple contracts for two major programs.
-Mentorship and Development: Provide guidance and regular feedback to team members on performance, personal growth, and career advancement.

Security Metrics Management : Track, analyze, and present security metrics for various levels of leadership.

Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships within the organization and with external government customers.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience leading small and/or large teams in the
execution of DoD Special Access Program security
requirements
Experience resolving contractual issues related to the
administration of DoD Special Access Programs
Experience with DoD Manuals 5205.07, Volumes 1-4
Experience in writing procedural documentation
Experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word,
PowerPoint and Excel
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
Possess a Top Secret Security Clearance, current within
the last 5 years
Have experience with 32 CFR Part 117 - National
Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
Be self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively
working multiple tasks concurrently and across an
ambiguous and uncertain landscape
Be highly organized and have advanced oral and written
communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
