What You Will Be Doing
The Skunk Works JADO team is proud of its ability to lead Command and Control (C2) productivity, shorten the task implementation chain and reduce human-intensive communications. You will be supporting the architecture and design for several efforts using model based systems engineering. Cameo needs to be used throughout the portfolio and done in a way that allows for easy readability and transitions to new programs. You may find yourself diving into research and development (R&D) one day while strengthening your relationships with our military customers the next. Versatility will exist in your day-to-day work as we do what we need as a team to stay ahead of ready, many times without a template to follow. Your responsibilities will span the technology development lifecycle from requirements to design, integration, and testing as well as interactions with our internal stakeholders and directly with our customers.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline preferred from an accredited university, or a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
Experience in Cameo
Extensive Experience with Interface Control Documentation (ICD)
Desired Skills:
Experience with Open Mission Systems (OMS)
Experience with Universal Command & Control Interface (UCI)
System Architecture modeling with Cameo
Familiarity or proficiency with SysML/Cameo Magic Draw
Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Requirements Experience within DOORS
Creating SysML
Decomposing Requirements to the system or product level
CONOPS development
Experience with development phase design reviews including SRR, SDR, PDR, or CDR
Experience developing system level test procedures
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
