As an F-16 Operations Engineer in Mielec, Poland, you'll play a vital role in supporting the international co-production efforts for the F-16 program. Working directly with PZL and Lockheed Martin's production teams, you'll ensure that all production milestones are met, operations are optimized, and any constraints are swiftly managed. This role combines technical expertise and project management to drive efficient, high-quality production outcomes in a dynamic, cross-cultural setting.
What You Will Be Doing
Analyzing co-producer schedules and developing performance metrics to monitor and improve production timelines.
Co-leading daily stand-up meetings to address production progress and manage daily constraints.
Conducting capacity studies and optimizing floor layout and material flow to support streamlined production at PZL.
Participating in build-to-print assessments and reviewing the sequence, flow, and layout of production for lean efficiencies.
Overseeing corrective actions, validating rework plans, and coordinating work-around plans with co-producers.
Performing MBOM/EBOM assessments to maintain production accuracy and efficiency.
Supporting inventory management and material flow to minimize production delays.

Basic Qualifications:
Data Analysis or Validation
Leadership (formal or informal) experience
Manufacturing shop floor experience
Desired Skills:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
MS Excel and MS Project experience
Experience with Statistical Analysis
