What You Will Be Doing
As an Industrial Engineer supporting the F-35 Flight Line, you will:
Integrate Industrial Engineering solutions within the F-35 Flight Line area to enhance production and operational efficiency.
Analyze, develop, and oversee production plans and health metrics to drive sustained improvement.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives through automation techniques and software tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and support functions, to achieve mission-critical goals.
Potentially lead projects to advance engineering efficiencies and support F-35 Flight Line operations.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience applying Industrial Engineering principles in industry, which could include, production scheduling, manufacturing/labor estimating, or capacity/resource planning.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
Experience with analytical and project planning tools and software, including MS Office Suite.
Experience with statistical analysis (regression analysis, statistical process control, R, Python, Tableau, etc.).
Experience with database operations (data mining, SQL statements).
Experience Working with Business Objects (BO) and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
Experience with Assembly EVMS Processes.
Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt, PDCA/ 5s/ 6s, etc.) or experience applying Lean manufacturing principles & implementing continuous improvements.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
