As a Completion Supervisor, you'll lead a team of skilled mechanics and technicians responsible for finalizing aircraft builds, conducting systems tests, and supporting operational check flights. Your work will ensure compliance with company, customer, engineering, and FAA standards, bringing high-quality aircraft to completion.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead and Coordinate: Manage and adjust work assignments for teams to achieve both tactical and strategic completion goals.
Quality and Schedule Oversight: Ensure that tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with established procedures and plans.
Priority Setting and Troubleshooting: Set job priorities, assign work, and collaborate with Manufacturing Test Engineers (MTEs) to address and troubleshoot avionics issues and system regressions.
Policy Administration: Implement and enforce policies and procedures that impact team operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Note: Flexibility to work any shift is required, as business needs may vary.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with flight line processes &/or safety procedures
Flight Line production &/or leadership experience required
Desired Skills:
Minimum four (4) years Flight Line production or leadership experience required
F-35 Maintenance Experience
ALIS, QADS, SFM, JTD experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
