IronMountain Solutions, Inc. has multiple openings and is seeking Project / Program Specialist for the San Antonio, TX area supporting the IMCOM Cyber Security Program. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, a self-starter, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively with others. A successful candidate Provides technical, consultative, and administrative services across a broad range of functional disciplines related to Information Systems, Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS), and Industrial Control Systems (ICS). Assists the customer in effectiveness and efficiency of military related operations, resources, and programs to include planning, resource management, pricing, and metrics development.
This is a hybrid role with combination of on-site and telework.
Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
Job Responsibilities:
Collects data from databases, web-based sources and tools, industry reports, public information, and/or internal sources such as APMS, eMASS.
Investigates current practices and leads brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for areas to improve current Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) implementations to business processes.
Translates data into valuable insights for operational decision-making and strategic planning.
Prepares reports, dashboards, and graphic illustrations of findings.
May collaborate with functional areas to develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, methods, and targets.
Presents findings to general officers and senior executive staff and internal stakeholders.
Makes recommendations based on an understanding of the Department of Defense, Department of the Army, and Army Materiel Command's strategy and stakeholder needs.
Leads working groups, in process reviews, and program management reviews which includes Department of Defense, Department of the Army, and Army Materiel Command stakeholders.
Prepares senior-level presentations that communicate the as-is and the to-be states and clearly demonstrates business value to be gained from an improvement.
Education and General Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other technical discipline, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4-6 years of related experience
Ability to clearly present and communicate technical approaches and findings.
Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred
DoD Staff Experience
Experience reviewing ETMS2 Taskers
Experience with APMS
Experience developing Policies and Strategies for the Army
Experience with eMASS
Expert experience in Excel
Clearance Requirements: The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance is required and US Citizenship is required.
