Description: You will be a Tech Lead on the Verification and Validation Systems Engineer for the Enterprise Verification and Validation team.
Specific tasks will include
the following:

Serve as a tech lead in leading system engineers in test planning activities in support of integration and re-verification activities.

Update, coordinate and communicate test plans in a MBSE and AGILE test environment.

Adjust pans test as planning matures and information changes.
-
Coordinate with various stakeholders to establish agreed upon plans between teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in systems engineering
-Technical experience in Mission Systems,
Vehicle Systems, Mission Planning,
Reprogramming Labs, or Weapons activities on the F-35 or similar industry programs.
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering,
System Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering or related technical
degree.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of overall F-35 air system, design,
and processes.
- Strong task coordination and communication
skills (both verbal and written)

Experience in lab or flight test planning and analysis

Modeling and Simulation Experience

MBSE planning and or modeling experience

Experience with written, verbal, and
presentation communications skills, including
briefing to stakeholders
- Project Management Experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
