Job Description:
Job duties include being responsible for planning, organization and control of engineering tasks associated with the support of antenna range testing to include signal development, equipment design, integration and adaptation of various test equipment. The candidate will evaluate current test equipment, make recommendations for future expansion, coordinate test activities and resolve engineering design issues concerned with technical development. The candidate will also perform measurements using multiple software data analysis tools, network analyzers, multimeters and other electronic and RF equipment.
Essential Functions:
As a member of the Multi-Sensor Test Facility test engineers will be assigned as the technical lead in the support of antenna range testing efforts for assigned programs and equipment.
The candidate will be responsible for the technical performance of the program, antenna testing and the technical interface to the Program Management Office for the MSTF.
The candidate will need to have a strong understanding of antenna theory and design, ability to troubleshoot and modify test setups, and experience using various test equipment to conduct extensive verification, calibration, and analysis to optimize antenna performance
Must be willing and able to work other shifts, weekends and overtime as required.
Job Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. A degree in Mathematics, Physics, or related discipline is strongly desired. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Must have an active DoD Secret security clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
Must have engineering experience.

Test System definition, system development, integration and test activities.
System interface definition and control.
Hardware and software development, repair and maintenance.
Customer and Program management interface.
Proven technical ability.
Testing of ELINT/COMINT systems.
