Our client, a defense manufacturing company, is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join their infrastructure team. In this role, you'll be helping them with the refresh of one of their datacenters. Helping upgrade their Cisco, Palo Alto, and Juniper equipment within their datacenter. The ideal candidate is strong with route and switch and knowledgeable of various enterprise/datacenter focused protocols. Having an in depth understanding and experience working with LAN/WAN networks in enterprise/datacenter environments is a must. Tech wise, they need someone with experience working with Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, LAN/WAN, and BGP/OSPF/EIRGP routing protocols. This is a contract-to-hire position, fully onsite in Fort Worth, Texas. Compensation is $65-70/hr. Must be willing and able to obtain a DoD Security Clearance. Required Skills & Experience
Experience rearchitecting and refreshing a enterprise/datacenter network environment.
Strong knowledge of a variety of networking equipment (Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper ideally).
Experience with a variety of routing protocols (BGP, EIRGP, OSPF, etc).
Willingness and ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelors or masters in related field.
Related certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/etc).
