ASRC Federal Gulf States Constructors is seeking a IGI&S/GeoBase Manager activities under the Sheppard Air Force Base contract in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Duties and Responsibilities :
GIS data editing, cartographic design, map composition and geographic analysis with ESRI ArcGIS software.
Edit and maintain GIS data in a Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure and Environment (SDS/FIE) compliant Spatial Database Engine (SDE) Geodatabase.
Computer aided drafting and design and modeling in Autodesk AutoCAD in the fields of civil engineering or architecture.
GPS surveying using Trimble survey-grade and mapping-grade equipment and post processing software.
Post-processing field collected data.
Perform routine and emergency miscellaneous drafting requirements upon government request.
Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Applied Science (Architectural/Engineering Drafting Technology, Planning, or related degree); relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience using and developing proficiency in CAD and/or GIS software as well as having proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe software suites.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must maintain a valid US driver's license.
Must be able to pass a drug screen.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of the Environmental Science Research Institute (ESRI) Certified Introduction and Intermediate training in ArcGIS.
Experience editing and maintaining GIS data in a Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure and Environment (SDS/FIE) compliant.
Spatial Database Engine (SDE) Geodatabase.
Computer aided drafting and design, especially drawing and modeling in an Autodesk AutoCAD software environment.
Global Positioning System (GPS) surveying equipment use, especially Trimble survey grade and mapping-grade equipment and postprocessing software.
Experience in post-processing field collected data with correction to base station collected data.
