As a Test Technician I, you will be using your skills and expertise to perform standard testing processes on a variety of our equipment and analyze the results. You'll be responsible for performing test and fault isolation on our systems and equipment to ensure conformance with our product specifications. You'll work closely with engineering teams and provide recommendations to resolve testing problems, roadblocks, or equipment malfunctions that impact the performance or validity of testing.

Responsibilities:
Maintain testing methods and equipment
Assemble and calibrate testing equipment
Record testing data and analyze results to determine whether products meet quality standards
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Attention to detail
Must-haves:
Associate's degree in a related field of study
A higher level degree may substitute for experience
Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Familiarity with technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications
Familiarity with test concepts and techniques, and test standard lab equipment
Preferred:
Associates degree with a focus on Electronics
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
