Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JCER missions in order to provide the JCER Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management, and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations.
Specific Duties:
Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations;
Conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events ensuring the coordination of communications, logistics, materiel, data collection and personnel training, issue and alternative definitions, and personnel requirements for each designated activity; and
Working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations.
Qualifications:
Expertise specializing in USAF ISR/C2; however, experience with any other service ISR/C2 platform is acceptable;
Understanding of current service capabilities to include communication/tactical data links and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations;
Developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the JCER mission; and
At least six (6) years of demonstrated relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
