This position reports to the Finance Solutions and Innovation (FSI) team. The FSI team leads the development, support, and enablement of key business intelligence capabilities for Finance and the Enterprise, leveraging industry-leading BI tools and technologies, enabling key customers in making decisions around business performance. The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer describes the tools, technologies, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data in order to create insightful and actionable business information. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Production deployment and support of BI solutions
Development of Power Apps to collect and update data

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of technical experience in data analysis OR Master's degree and 3 or more years of experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Power Platform specifically Power BI (Service and Desktop), Dataflows, Deployment Pipelines, Power Apps
Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data
Experience in Finance or financial reporting.
PL-300 "Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst"
Advanced in SQL, SAS and other data systems
Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling
Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$78,800 - $108,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
