Our Digital Engineering team plays a pivotal role in this mission, and we are seeking talented and passionate software professionals to join our ranks.
Responsibilities:
Assess technical agility, stability, and capability through the utilization of cloud computing technologies and services.
Maximize architectural framework concepts of microservices to enable autonomous application evolution.
Deliver system and infrastructure capabilities that are scalable, secure, resilient, and maximized in terms of data sharing and exploitation.
Have experience utilizing various CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab and GitLab Runner, and Artifactory to support cloud architectures across AWS unclassified and classified enclaves, with a CI/CD pipeline to support deployment of services to various enclaves.
Have experience deploying and orchestrating Docker containers in cloud environments.
Provide system platform management (Kubernetes) to include monitoring, troubleshooting of preproduction and production environments.
Have experience with various air-gapped Government unclassified and classified AWS region managed services, such as Simple Storage Service (S3), Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Relational Database Service (RDS), OpenSearch, DynamoDB, and Lambda
Manage day-to-day operations of cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, responding to incidents, ensuring backups are operating correctly, and ensuring cost optimization.
Monitor cloud environments to prevent unforeseen charges and ensure that AWS CloudWatch or equivalent service is activated, and billing alerts and alarms are enabled based on and triggered by government defined metrics.
Support the migration of IT capabilities to the cloud requiring advanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure, security, networking, business analytics, and process optimization skills.
Support Government cloud environments design including the selection of appropriate cloud services, defining network architecture, optimization for workload and capacity needs, and configuring security protocols to create and maintain the most efficient service while mee??ng requirements.
Design, develop, deliver, and sustain cloud-based solutions that connect disparate data sources with intent to identify possible matches and relationships.
Design, develop, deliver, and sustain new and existing cloud-based software tools and subsystems to integrate new and existing application features with back-end system and subsystem capabilities using COTS, GOTS, custom, and open-source software tools.
Basic Qualifications:
You must have at least five years of experience or equivalent certifications.
You must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific, technical, or engineering field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or similar.
AWS or Azure certifications
Scripting and automation skills are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Effective technical writing skills to assist with policies, procedures, reporting and compliance.
A passion for technology and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
