Koniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking a Senior Planning Analyst with a Secret Clearance to support KDS and our government customer in Huntsville, AL. This is a Hybrid position that requires 3-4 days onsite.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Experience supporting a Government Project or Product Office in an acquisition organization such as PEO AVN.
Accomplished self-starter with the ability to work in a small team with minimal supervision.
Experience collaborating with project or product office personnel.
Experience developing Systems Acquisition Planning Schedules.
Experience gathering data and conducting analysis to document, review, and coordinate programmatic projects and requirements for each PEO managed aircraft.
Experience conducting systems acquisition analysis to develop recommendations on integration and coordination efforts of future systems acquisition, engineering, sustainment, and fleet management from a reliability engineering viewpoint. Gather data and conduct analysis to document, review, and coordinate programmatic projects and requirements for each PEO managed aircraft.
Assist PMs, or other customers, to generate metrics and measurement techniques to provide program office leadership with timely and accurate information on the state of ongoing and planned efforts.
Experience in program development, structuring, or system architecture within the government or industry.
Experience with leading small teams for a common goal.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
B.S. in a technical field, ideally Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
Minimum 7 years relevant experience.

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
