Job Title:
Technical Lead/Senior Systems Engineer, Poland Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) System Test and Evaluation
Job Summary:
The Technical Lead will work with a Lead Analyst and a Senior Systems Engineer to plan and coordinate execution and reporting from system simulations and hardware-in the-loop testing applicable to the Poland IAMD System.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain coordination with designated technical teams at prime contractors supporting
Poland IAMD System
Maintain coordination with designated test and analysis teams at US Government Simulation and HWIL testing venues supporting the
Poland IAMD System
Maintain the overall project plan and milestone schedule in coordination with the assigned Analysis Lead and Systems Engineer and PM IFMC
Plan, Schedule, and Conduct periodic (bi-weekly) working group (WG) meetings to coordinate the activities at all locations and inform all involved parties within applicable USG departments.
Maintain a list of Action Items and track to closure through WG meetings.
Establish and maintain a library and version control system for documents used or generated by the Poland IAMD TandE activities
In collaboration with the Lead Analyst and Systems Engineer, periodically draw results from simulation and test reports from all venues to update and maintain
a list of Capabilities and Limitations for the Poland Integrated Air and Missile Defense System for delivery to PM IFNC
Required Skills/Abilities:
Working knowledge of the PEO MS, Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD) Increment 2 system
Demonstrated ability to work as a team with Subject Matter Experts and lead planning and documentation activities for complex weapon systems
Demonstrated organizational skills and data handling procedures in classified and unclassified environments
Experienced with SIPRNET, AMDAN, and data transfer processes and procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Desired Skills/Abilities:
Foreign Military Sales experience is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or related field required.
At least five years of experience with the PEO MS, Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD) Increment 2 system.
At least five years of experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) testing of complex, computer-based systems.
Work Schedule and Location
The Technical Lead is a full time (40 hours per week) task with primary duty station on-site Redstone Arsenal, Alabama with up to 40% remote/telework as current tasks allow. CONUS travel estimate is 1-3 one-week trips per year. OCONUS travel estimate is 0-1 one-week trip per year.

None.
Physical Requirements:
The Technical Lead task requires 75% duty working on a computer developing, updating, and organizing project information; and participating or leading virtual meetings.
Security Clearance Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship, DoD Secret security clearance, and US passport required.
