The Knowledge Manager supports the U.S. Army Materiel Command. The candidate will assist in organizing, maintaining, and implementing data sharing, information, and knowledge. Candidate shall maintain data and information sharing procedures in accordance with standards and regulations as dictated by DoD Data Service Environment. The candidate shall maintain and facilitate the vetting of system access. Provide content management support through analyzing, editing, and posting content for data, articles, pictures, and documents to web portals, websites, SharePoint, and other locations in accordance with Government regulations, policies, and directives.
General Requirements:
Strong understanding of Active Directory, SharePoint Online Administration, and Architecture.
Design, create, test, and maintain visually pleasing, content-rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigation content solutions to satisfy customer requirements.
Maintain the SharePoint site -- site organization, coding, publishing, and updates.
Evaluate site performance and ensure all web properties adhere to security and accessibility guidelines.
Develop and maintain software and web development technical documentation to assist with software and web application maintenance and upgrades.
Solid knowledge of SharePoint Online layout and ability to design new content libraries.
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, and MS Office 365.
Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills
