The GenAI Adoption Program Specialist will be part of the Citi Global Innovation Labs at the CTO organization. The organization is focused on delivering cutting edge solutions across Citi's businesses globally. The person in this role will be a main contributor to an end-to-end Global Strategic initiative to support GenAI adoption at Citi.
The position is focused on assisting development teams with scaling up their adoption of GenAI across Citi. The person in this role will be involved in engaging teams on their GenAI use-cases and assisting them with getting all required clearances before they can start working on a Proof of Concept (POC) and through production release. Use cases vary, and the person in this role will be required to work across teams that implement a variety of GenAI solutions that serve different groups and products within the bank. The role will also focus on owning use-case book of work and will serve as development teams' center of knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Assist development teams with processing new GenAI use cases from onboarding through production
Assist teams with preparing their use case for presentations to executive management
Work with peers on streamlining adoption of GenAI, reducing overall friction in development teams' successful deployment in production
Own and maintain GenAI use case book of work for eligible GenAI use-cases
Lead the program including monitoring and maintaining use-case inventory data and lifecycle
Assist use case teams with their preparation in areas such as:
Information Security
Cross-border regulations
Privacy
Own relationships with stakeholders across Internal Audit, Risk and Controls, CTO Org, InfoSec, Cross-Border, Privacy, and Fair Lending - Communicate and coordinate on onboarding and production requirements, policy or procedural changes, recurring hold-ups or inefficiencies you identify throughout the process
Educate development teams on GenAI onboarding process
Own tracking and modeling tools
Preferred Background:
8+ years' hands-on experience program or project management experience in complex development environments, with focus on risk management and compliance
Experience with AI-related implementations
Global experience in roles in the financial markets/banking/insurance industries or experience in risk-related capacity at a global financial services / insurance institution - Strongly preferred
Experience in information security in a large organization - Preferred
Experience with cross-border and privacy regulations - Preferred
Knowledge of Model Risk principals - Preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
