We are seeking a to join our Physical Security Technology Project Coordinator (SES) business Unit. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.

What You'll Do:
A Physical Security Technology Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the overall administration, organization, and delivery of security technology projects.
*Important Note - This position is NOT responsible for Network or Cyber Security.
Essential Responsibilities and Activities Include but are Not Limited to:
Responsible for on-time project completion.
o Creating project tasks
o Ensuring project documentation is created
o Identifying and removing blockers
o Standardizing project delivery
Coordinating and running a project kick-off meeting (PKOM).
Preparing statements of work for vendor support.
Prepare monthly reports analyzing the budget, schedule, and manpower.
Identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures, quality improvement and incorporating best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have at least the following education and years of relevant experience:
? High school with 10+ yrs of experience
? Bachelor's degree with 5+ yrs of experience
? Masters degree with 3+ yrs of experience
Must have project management experience.
Must know how to use project scheduling software to include Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
Must have general knowledge of security technologies including video and access control.
Preferred Experience:
Performed project management duties on security technology related projects.
Managed multiple projects at any given time.
Must be a strong communicator. Frequent and recurring updates are required through messaging, email and virtual meetings.
Ideal candidate needs to have a strong personality and not be afraid to push others to get the job done. They will be enabled to escalate if people are not delivering on time.
Specific position requirements are as follows:
Position requires working in the client office for three days a week in NY, NY every other week.

Pay Range : $89,250 - $119,000
