Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Info Security Analyst IV in New York. This role is crucial in designing, developing, and recommending integrated security systems to ensure the protection of proprietary and confidential data. The position involves a considerable amount of technical engineering services for the support of these systems and solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop integrated security systems and physical controls solutions.
Provide technical engineering services for the support of these systems.
Participate with the client in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements into technical designs.
Monitor and test security products and systems to detect any security weakness.
Ensure proprietary and confidential data and systems are protected at all times.
Configure and validate secure systems, physical controls, and test security products to detect security weakness.
Provide guidance to others to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.
Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Interact with senior management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
Train less experienced staff and provide technical direction.
Handle seldom and unusual occurring job events and complete complex and difficult assignments. Requirements - Proficiency in customer service and management
Skilled in training procedures and policy development
Understanding of the concept 'About Time' and its application in work scenarios
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team
Knowledge and experience in security protocols and practices
Proven ability to act as a liaison between different stakeholders
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to answer complex queries and provide solutions
Knowledge of various methods and techniques in information security
Experience working with HIPAA-regulated environments
Ability to create and understand Business Requirement Documents and Validation Plans
Ability to translate complex technical information into simple terms
Experience in providing guidance to team members and stakeholders
Willingness to undertake international travel for work purposes
Experience with credit approvals and technical designs
Knowledge of Network Information System (NIS)
Holds or is able to obtain Public Trust Clearance
Sound technical engineering skills
