What You Will Do :
You will be given the opportunity to support projects to address some of the most significant business challenges our clients face. You will support our teams as we help our clients transform their business processes, systems, improve internal controls, design and implement federally funded programs, improve efficiency of operations, increase transparency and performance management, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
The Capital Projects & Infrastructure team provides subject matter expertise to clients across the firm's segments with a particular focus in the areas of: Housing & Community Solutions, Disaster Recovery & Resilience and Capital Projects. The nature of our projects requires self-motivated individuals who are willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team environment. Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients' senior management, as well as the opportunity to enhance their skills in the areas of technical competency, business development, client service and people development.
You'll be working with an experienced team to support the development of client deliverables, internal and client-facing presentations, day-to-day project logistics, and any additional project tasks.
Depending on your area of study and team assignment, this position provides individuals the opportunity to serve clients in the area(s) of grants management, construction management, capital project delivery, policy analysis, housing finance, compliance, and housing assessments, studies etc.

Minimum Degree Status Required: Bachelor's Degree (Must be enrolled in an accredited degree program in 2024 and graduate by Summer of 2025)

What Would Be Nice To Have :
Degree/Majors Preferred: Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Public Policy, Construction Management, Grants Management, Housing, Public Administration
Desire to support public sector clients with a focused mission on Disaster Recovery; Capital Projects and Infrastructure; and Housing & Community Solutions
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and curricular focus in Capital Projects, Housing or Disaster Recovery & Resilience
1+ years of consulting experience
Knowledge and understanding of project management principles
Coursework, prior work experience, or other opportunity to engage in specific subject matter areas
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with Microsoft Suite including internal communications tools and file sharing
Proficiency in GIS mapping and data analysis
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with economic and financial analysis and research
Proactive and independent work style
Ability to assume ownership of significant portions of tasks while collaborating with a close-knit team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
The annual salary range for this position is $54,300.00-$81,500.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
