Job Description:
Office Assistant I
Manager is looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly. The person would be operating print equipment, mail inserters, handling mail, moving pallets/boxes, distributing mail. Person will also be keeping accurate postage records of money spent and piece counts for multiple contracts.
Hours are Monday - Friday 4:00PM - 12:30 AM.
This is a fast-paced environment and will result in the changing of tasks at a moment's notice.
Job entails being on your feet for 8 hours a day and requires the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
HS/GED, 1+ years' experience.
Minimum one year of experience operating Xerox Nuvera 314 High speed printers or equivalent model
Minimum of one year of experience operating Pitney Bowes Automated inserting equipment or equivalent model
The likely hourly rate for this position is between $16.56 - $21.94. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
