Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cybersecurity Task Lead to join our team in the Fayetteville, NC.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide CS technical support for patching, remediation, and POA&M activities for IT infrastructure and production systems throughout the enterprise.
Serve in the role of ISSO.
Perform security administration, audit log aggregation, and audit analysis.
Administer and maintain anti-virus, anti-malware, and host and network-based security software, filters, rules, devices, and device-level policies in collaboration with network engineers and system administrators.
Assist the Government in performing incident response, computer emergency response, and support legal investigations and forensic activities.
Maintain CS related procedures, administrative guides, and technical documentation (Section F, Deliverable 36).
Provide mission IT related security engineering and design guidance support throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
Support implementation of the DevOps path to production and implementation of automated testing and validation capabilities in collaboration with software developers.
Provide technical briefings and support to security operations-related meetings with the USGPO leadership.
As requested by the Government, conduct threat assessments and produce threat reports as required by the USGPO, DoD, and IC instructions and frameworks (Section F, Deliverable 37).
Support the management of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) hardware, user tokens, and certificates (e.g., Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), CACs, soft or digital certificates for servers).
At two site locations, maintain a DISA-compliant registration authority and issue SIPRNet CACs on site between the hours of 0800 and 1700 on Government working days.
Provide security administration and engineering support for guards and cross-domain solutions.
Monitor and evaluate system compliance with IT security, resilience, and dependability requirements.
Perform validation steps, compare actual results with expected results, and analyze differences to identify impact and risk
Minimum Qualifications:
DoD 8570.01 Level III certification
A minimum of five years of experience leading DoD and IC risk management activities, including implementation of DoD (preferably DoD SOF) and IC RMFs.
A minimum of five years of experience leading CS teams in a similar environment.
A minimum of two years of experience with CS efforts related to wireless systems.
A minimum of three years of experience implementing corrections actions, bug fixes, implementing patches, or other remediation activity.
A minimum of three years of experience developing, implementing, and actioning POA&M.
Knowledge of providing executive-level technical briefings and presentations to senior personnel in a SOF organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
One or more CS related technology certifications or related technical training.
Minimum of two years of experience relating to CS for Cloud or Hybrid Cloud environment.
One or more ITIL certifications.
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must have an active TS/SCI
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
